Cancellation policy

Should you have to cancel your stay, you will be charged a percentage of the fee, depending on how far in advance you cancel:

Up to 30 days prior to arrival: Cancellation free of charge
29 to 7 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the full price
7 days or less prior to arrival: full price

Any cancellation has to be submitted in writing.
For your own protection, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Corona travel protection / travel cancellation insurance covers the costs incurred if you have to cancel your trip due to quarantine or Covid-19 infection.
Travel insurance is suitable for every trip, regardless of whether you are traveling for business, alone, with your family or friends.

In winter 2021/22, too, we will act according to the situation and guarantee a refund of the payments made, should corona-related barriers exist.

Current Information


We care about our guests and staff.
For us, safety and health have top priority – not only in times of a pandemic.
Our concept allows for a completely safe stay. Of course we are available via phone any time to assist in person when needed.
We offer a stay that goes without any contact from independent check-in to check-out.
Our cleaning team has been trained in disinfecting and cleaning procedures that are compliant with any Covid-19 regulations.
All common areas are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis and all our staff are wearing protective face masks.
Our apartments and suites are equipped with everything you need for a self-catering vacation.
Additionally, you can order in and have your food delivered from a variety of establishments.


E-charging stations

As a modern establishment, we offer two e-charging stations with 11 kw charging power that you can use for free.

Bike & ski depot

A separate depot is available for each apartment. Here you can store your sports equipment safely in summer and winter.

Underground car park

Each apartment has its own underground parking space with access to the respective floor. Our underground parking space has a height of 2.1 m.


There is a laundry area in the house with a washing machine and dryer. If necessary, or if you do not want to do any chores during your vacation, we are happy to organize a professional laundry service for your.
Of course, both the laundry area in the house and the professional laundry service are geared to meet any Covid-19 requirements and are regularly disinfected or have their own security concept.

Getting there

Arrival and Departure

Garmisch-Partenkirchen can be easily reached from any direction. You don´t have to worry about where you can leave you car, simply park in our spacious underground parking garage.

From the north/Munich Airport

Follow the Highway A95 southward until it ends (at Eschenlohe) – B2 until turnoff Fernpass/Reutte/Grainau/Garmisch/Burgrain – B23 until turnoff Marienplatz and Alpspitzstrasse.

From the west/Memmingen Airport

Follow the Highway A7 southward until it ends, continue on B179 (Fernpassstrasse) until the B187 turnoff towards Garmisch/Ehrwald/Lermoos – B23 direction Garmisch – Gernackerstrasse – St.-Martin-Strasse until Alpspitzstrasse

From the north/via Augsburg

Highway A8 until Augsburg – off-ramp B17 towards Landsberg am Lech/Haunstetten/Messe-Uni – B2 southward – B23 until turnoff Marienplatz and Alpspitzstrasse.

From the south/Innsbruck Airport

Highway A12 or B171 direction Zirl – B177 direction Scharnitz/Mittenwald – from Austrian/German border E533 direction Garmisch – B2 – Wildenauerstrasse – Alpspitzstrasse.

Online check-in

Online check-in

We offer  the option tu submit all relevant information for check-in and to complete the registration from prior to arrival.
No waiting at reception and no contact with staff and other guests during check-in.
To register, you need your reservation number and the surname of the main guest.
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m.
If you prefer to register and check in on site, you will find a self-check-in terminal in our entrance area.



Pets are welcome – after all, they are part of the family and should not be left behind when you are going on vacation. Please notify us in case you want to bring your pet with you.
Please note that we charge a one-time cleaning fee of 50,00€ for your dog. A maximum of one dog is allowed per apartment.

Please note the following points:

  1. Dogs brought along must be insured accordingly. The owner is liable for all damage that his dog causes to other guests or to the hotel facilities.
  2. Out of consideration for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not desired.
  3. Please bring your own bed for your darling.
  4. If your dog is free running in the room, we ask you to notify the reception.
  5. Please use your own towels that you have brought with you to dry off your dog.
  6. Please keep your dog on a leash within the facility. We kindly ask you to use poop bags.
  7. When you return from a walk, please dry and clean your dog before entering the house or apartment.
  8. If your room is heavily soiled by your dog, we will charge you a one-off, additional flat-rate cleaning fee of at least € 100 (or up to the amount actually incurred by us).

Private cooking

Private cooking – book your private chef to come and cook for your at your apartment

At Bader Suites you can book your private chef with service in the apartments.
A chef and a service person are on site to entertain you and your fellow travelers. 
On the basis of our partner restaurant 4Eck´s current menu, an individual menu will be discussed with you in advance.
The table is set by us.
Additional table decorations are available on request and by arrangement.
This service is available for a maximum of 6 guests. We require a week´s time for preparation. Dates and times can be arranged individually on request.

Private sauna

Private sauna – time to relax

We are happy to reserve our private sauna accommodating 2 to 4 guests for you so you can sweat and relax in an undisturbed atmosphere.

Our Finnish sauna and quiet room are at your disposal, exclusively, so you can soak up the heat and relax in private. Our private sauna is available for exclusive bookings of 120 minutes from 3.00 PM to 8.30 PM (last available booking) daily.

Contact-free stay

Our concept allows for a contact-free stay. Of course we are available to answer your questions via phone at any time when needed. Our reception is open at certain times and we will happily assist you with booking skiing classes, guided hikes and other activities.

Laundry service

There is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer that you can use whenever needed. In case you prefer leaving household chores to someone else and/or if required we are happy to organize a professional laundry service. Our laundry room and the laundry service we are working with are compliant with all COVID-19 regulations and are disinfecting regularly or rather have their own safety concept.

Cleaning service

All our apartments and suites are generally cleaned at the end of a stay. Upon request, we are happy to clean your accommodation during your stay for an extra fee. Just let us know how often/when you would like extra cleaning and we will take care of the rest.
